Pocztex – new logo

Poczta Polska refreshes the Pocztex brand. Subtle changes in the appearance of the characteristic logo serve to better match the current trends. The goal is also to strengthen the brand positioning in modern communication channels. The white and red wing on the new logo on the one hand symbolizes dynamics and speed, and on the other hand it clearly accentuates the brand’s 100% Polish capital. Pocztex is gaining a modern, light and business visual identity architecture. This is an important anti-aging treatment that allows you to adapt it to the changing aesthetic preferences of customers. The visual refreshing of the logo is not the only change that Poczta Polska will implement in Pocztex. In order to meet the expectations of customers, the service will undergo a multi-faceted transformation. The first, visible treatment is the new graphic symbol.

The development of courier services is one of the strategic directions for the development of Poczta Polska, next to logistic and digital services. We have to respond to the needs of our clients, hence a number of changes planned this year, the implementation of which we have just started. Poczta Polska is the only Polish courier entity operating in our country, the new white and red colors of Pocztex will emphasize this – says Tomasz Zdzikot, President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska S.A.

One of the elements that will directly contribute to a qualitative change in the Pocztex service is the newly implemented network of connections. The remodeling of the processes will enable the provision of the service to a higher standard. In addition, over the next three years, the Company plans to spend PLN 1.2 billion on investments in automation, digitization and expansion of the logistics network architecture, which will help to consolidate the brand’s market position.

This year Poczta will introduce a new format of Pocztex courier services. Changes in the service, new quality and a new image. All this as part of a dynamic fight for a share in the CEP market. Customers will receive a simplified offer, much more tailored to their needs, in a new standard. Activities related to the new Pocztex have already started. We are working intensively on logistics, so that all courier parcels are delivered in accordance with the expectations of online stores and their customers – says Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska S.A.
