7 DAYS TO COLLECT THE SHIPMENT

At collection points (post offices, Żabka stores, ABC stores, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek i Arhelan), the parcel waits 7 days from the date of receipt of the first SMS or email notification. In the meantime, you will receive 2 more pickup reminders. After 7 days, the package will be returned to the sender.

In parcel machines (in post offices and Biedronka, Carrefour and Lewiatan stores), the parcel waits 3 days in the machine from the date of receipt of the first SMS or email notification. Then he waits another 4 days at a nearby post office to which he is redirected.

We remind you: you do not incur any additional fees for the waiting time and we inform you about all statuses on a regular basis in a text message or email.
