Delivery dates
Pocztex Kurier
We expect delivery on the next business day after the shipment is dispatched. The conditions that must be met are:
- posting in provincial cities by 5:00 p.m. when you use the courier's pick-up, or
- posting by 3 p.m. when you send in the branch.

Pocztex Na Dziś
We guarantee that we will deliver the parcel on the same day in the case of:
- shipments in provincial cities (sending by 5:00 p.m.)
- shipments carried out in accordance with the List of routes urban agglomeration for shipments posted on the Na Today website (shipment by 4:00 p.m.)
- shipments delivered in designated domestic routes specified in the List of relationships for shipments Na Dziś (Kraj) under the conditions specified in the list.

Nowy Pocztex - NEW SERVICES - ADDITIONALLY PAID:
- Sending the parcel from the courier - includes collecting the parcel from the sender and sending it.
- Traditional shipping - sending the parcel using PP printing - DMA43, by filling it in by the sender and attaching it to the package.
- Mass over 30 to 50 kg - acceptance and delivery of a parcel with a mass exceeding 30 kg, but not exceeding 50 kg, the service is available for shipments in the 2XL format on the Kurier (Courier) and Na Dziś (Same Day) services.
- EPO - delivery to the sender of a file in electronic form as proof of delivery or the return of the parcel, the service is available only to customers with a written contract electronically transmitting data; provided for parcels posted on the Kurier service and Na Dziś.
